Default What color would you recommend

Just landed this job over 5000 sq feet I am unsure of what color to use customer would like charcoal black I did a demo and I did not like the look of it but the customer did. What color do you guys think would suit it best here is a photo of the floor polished porcelain.

Hard to say without being there...

However if the perimeter is caulk it may look weird having the white caulk surround with black grout lines.

What is wrong with the color that is there. I agree it is going to look like crap with trying to match the perimeter and in black is going to look lousy. I would go with custom alabaster. If he insisted on black I would probably not do it especially if there are some high grout lines.

I have convinced him to go with grey it looks really good against the black polished porcelain tiles and it has a blue tint to it when up against these tiles and blends in perfectly with the caulk. Thanks for the info guys starting at 6 am tommorrow will take some before and after pics for sure.

The grout condition in the picture is so good that it doesn't need any sealing service to me. I marvel your marketing/sales skill. I have only convinced the clients that have the grout in a terrible condition.

I would choose the color of bluish/greenish tone which is a little darker than that of the tile.

Leemy, it is all in the sales technique. I sell boat loads of cs service. hardly any of them have to have it to hide permanent stains. They want it after I explain the superior sealing properties. If they don't choose colorsealing then they will be feeling that anything else will be inferior.

This is a new install when his general maintenance contractor cleans the tiles the grout goes dark very porous and was starting to stain with in a few weeks. What he loves is when you wet the floor now there is no change to the grout color I showed this after a demo, I also tell my customers to try and stain it that sells them instantly.

This job is nearly finished going back next Saturday to finish off it looks awesome too.
